About Us

The main task of the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs is to ensure that the available resources, such as people, money, and materials, are used in the most appropriate and efficient way in order to perform the services and activities in an economical and effective manner.
 
Our Tasks:
• To purchase goods and materials for consumption for the Rectorate and its affiliated units and to make and manage all the processes of bids and domestic and international purchases related to machinery and equipment.  
• To carry out all kinds of support services of our university such as security, cleaning, transportation, lighting, maintenance and repair.
• To do activities such as acquisition, rental and allocation of movable and immovable properties,
• To ensure that the records of the goods and materials acquired in accordance with the Movable Goods Regulation are kept and the storage, protection and distribution of these goods are planned and made,
• To make the purchases of Scientific and Technological Research Projects which are being carried out or which are planned to be carried out within our university and to conduct all kinds of transactions.
